As a Change Facilitator, I am here to help you take responsibility for your life and actions. You are the creator of your own reality. Most often you look towards changing others, or the situation you are in. When you hear Change yourself, your instant reaction is to change into someone you are not in order to please or control the output. But nothing changes because you haven't changed for being the BEST for YOURSELF.
Letting go the past and looking at the perfection of it is an ASK, although this may feel like a difficult ask. It is connected to the fact that YOU ARE THE CREATOR OF YOUR OWN REALITY and hence IT IS PERFECT. Lets work together to see and understand the perfection so that you can move ahead with ease.
