Working with a Wellness Professional to forge your way forward where the capability lies. Initially it will be more facilitated and as you become more of you, self inner work and group work will surround you with people on a similar path to BE SPACE for each other and allow the nurturing to be a tribe walk!
First Step is that you schedule a Discovery or Introductory Session with Shobha Nargundkar. During the session you will discuss the various challenges or issues you are facing be it emotional, physical, mental, or psychological, understand the different modalities available to work through and determine the scope of work or plan of therapy as it is called to identify and prioritize which ones to be addressed. Initial paperwork may include giving consent for the therapist to work with you.
Important thing to remember is that you are looking to commit to changing your life with some help from the wellness professional and this is subject to the amount of involvement from your side as well.
SHIFT requires you to let go back doors you may be holding on to, resistance to change or fear of unknown. This is a safe space to make an informed decision.

Personal Sessions could be using Integrated Clinical Hypnotherapy, Somatic Experiencing, Psychotherapy methods and others.
This involves working with deep rooted core negative beliefs, repressed or supressed emotions that cause a younger version of yourself has not yet digested fully.
Once the triggers are released you begin to acknowledge with allowance
This method of working includes working with subconscious memories which you would not remember during a regular conversation.
To access these memories during session, the therapist facilitates the client's conscious mind to explore the subconscious memories with various tools of inner child work, bodywork, EMT etc - body has to be in sleep state & mind awakened state.
